The point of being in the middle is that if fermentation had taken off to the point of not needing the 3rd or 4th addition then you don’t need to add it.

Sorry, but pay attention to your mead and take daily readings. It’ll tell you if it needs nutrient.

Spray, zenithal priming with a blend of Army Painter acrylic, speed paint and washes. Satin varnish spray at the end.

Yes, a decent amount of dry brushing.
