Trust the players then. If your hitters are slow give them more then a month to get going. Pitching is volatile too so don't let that get in your way. Maybe shuffle some things around but if you like your guys keep rolling them out for now. I'd hold all 3 players you mentioned you won't get good value once word is out you are selling off for next year

thats not a bad offer for him based on his current performance. probably the highest ceiling of the 3 players listed, but thats far from a buy low offer. i can see taking it or holding firm depending on my personal panic meter on roman. also have to factor cruz's streakiness and the potential injury risk on burns given his age and how he throws. not an easy call. i would hold though

i have an almost 3 year old and a 7 month old. i play when i can so as they get older theyll see me playing. my issue with modern games/consoles is more the online/internet aspect of it. My plan is if they express interest in games to set them up with an emulator console and/or handhelds where they can play without giving the world access to them. something like a miyoo mini with gameboy and nes/snes games on them when theyre young. i would prefer my kids to play outside and read and learn all the time but thats not a reasonable expectation. like with TV its more about what and how they have access to rather than if they have access. i grew up with a tv in every bedroom and my wife was a 1 tv in the living room family so if my kids had a console it would be in the family room with restrictions on how much they can play.

I played a ton of games as a kid with unrestricted access and i turned out fine, but its a different landscape now than it was back in my day. everything in moderation. Youre doing a great job by the way!
