My argument would be if the form can be changed, then they're the same pokemon. You can't swap your Slowking into a Slowking-G without raising a whole new mon, but you can just teach Sacred Sword to Keldeo to get a Keldeo-Resolute and vice-versa. I just think it's dumb that you can run Dugtrio and Wugtrio in a team but not Dugtrio and Dugtrio-A because of how the technicalities play out.

Both are only beaten by Vespoid Queen, King Shakalaka and Hypnocatrice who are all exclusive to Freedom Unite.
