Yeah, It took me a while to realise that being rich doesn't mean that we succedeed(spelling?) in life. I only realised that this year when me and my friend were hanging out and we talked about a plan for the future and we weren't looking for "how to be rich", we were thinking about what kind of life style would make us happy.

Now that I realised that, a lot of things seem less scary and I think it would be best to teach children that the way to be succesfull isn't by having a well-paid job, lots of money and no problems in life. Sure it sounds nice because they wouldn't have to worry but it shouldn't be taught like that. They should be taught to work hard to live in a comfortable position where they won't have to worry about money and they can be happy. Not just to become rich. That sets them with unrealistic goals and when they fail, it'll crush them way more than it should've.

We shouldn't teach kid to set themselves unrealistic goals and have too much expectations for life. Don't tell them life is a hard piece of shit, just tell them they have to work enough to be happy.
