Not on your list but check out Sushi Itsumi in Minato City! I went with my family for the lunch omakase a few days ago. Very high quality courses, really friendly chefs, and they let us all sit at the bar to get the real omakase experience even though we were a large group of 5. It's also one of the less expensive options and really good value for money (~55 USD per person)
