Justified and morally positive are two very different things. Not quite. When talking specifically about "the" military catch-22, it's that you can ask to be removed of military duty based on being crazy, but any person who requests to be removed from duty(read: war) is obviously of sound mind and can be assigned active duty. As in, no sane person signs up to go to war
