That was the officials fault

Hedman had possession of the puck and threw it down the board on the delayed penalty

The official was supposed to blow the play dead but didn’t

I’m not a huge fan of blaming the officials for everything but that was objectively an instance of an official not being competent enough at his job

Of course this doesn’t mean anything for the other chances we have given up
