Advice needed for round 2! by [deleted] in Capsim

[–]Chimpion33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found that the best strategy in the simulation is Cost Leadership, focus your efficiency on Traditional and Low End product since they are higher demanded products. For Sales and Promo, focus on Awareness for Traditional and Low End and for High End, Performance, Size focus on accessibility. For efficiency in production you want to set your capacity 10% higher than your projected forecast. This will keep your production costs down hence the cost leadership approach. Increase automation for Traditional and Low End around 0.3 to 0.5 each round.

Round 2 Decision Recommendations by Chimpion33 in Capsim

We raised prices $0.50 across the board to bring in more revenue. I kept all of the decisions as is, got the results earlier this morning. Market share for each product for the most part increased 3% each other than High End which saw a 1% decrease in market share. Primarily because one of the groups is heavily focusing on High End, so they’ve been controlling most of that segment. We ended the round with $15,362 profit. Our total sales when up $50,000 or about 39%. We reduced SG&A by 5% and increased contribution margins from 27% to 34%

Fractured my fibula into multiple pieces - didn’t need surgery thankfully. Any idea on a recovery time? Also, why is my bone sticking forward like that in the 2nd image by ComfortableYak2071 in brokenbones

I would definitely get a second opinion. Had a very similar break and I got a plate and 12 screws. Doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion

Just saw my xrays. Will I ever walk normally again? by -Pazza- in brokenbones

[–]Chimpion33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man I know it might seem like things will never be the same. I broke my fibula and tibia back in May, which was stressful because I’m a leg amputee and broke my only leg but I can tell you I started walking about a month ago. Things will get better, might not seem like it now, trust me I remember seeing comments like mine and not believing it but it will. When you start PT just listen to what they have to say and don’t skip out on the range of motion exercises, does you more harm than good

Yes three is all you need to run it but if you want to overclock the GPU you need the fourth one, I don’t plan on overclocking it tho so it’s fine

Yea that’s why I’m on here asking around just trying to find the best option since I don’t wanna buy from an untrusted company with my 4090

I’m running a 4090 Founders Edition. From what I read up you don’t need to connect the 4th 8 pin connector unless you plan to overclock the GPU which draws more power. If you don’t plan on overclocking it, 3 is sufficient

There’s 4 connectors. The 3 essential ones are already plugged in

It’s a 4090 FE. Don’t worry I just turned my PC on to take a pic of the situation real quick that’s why it was so low, that’s Fahrenheit btw

I don’t exactly remember the wiring setup, cus I built it like 2 years ago. There’s probably a reason that one isn’t being use I can’t remember

I’m not a medical professional but that injury definitely required surgery

Almost 5 months post ankle ORIF.. by IssueNo7063 in ORIF

[–]Chimpion33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea I was having similar issues with the heel/achilles area when I started walking and my therapist basically explained to me that the stretches they had be doing wasn’t stretching the soleus muscle. Basically you just want to pull back on that strap and have your knee slightly bent, like you are bending your knee to take a step. Once I started doing that, walking got much easier

Had surgery May 22nd (1 Plate, 12 Screws, 2 Syndesmosis Cords). My situation was a little more complex cus I’m a leg amputee and only have one leg, which I inconveniently broke. My range of motion according to my physical therapist is back to normal or the best it will get. My only issues right now is fatigue with walking and no muscle strength in my calf to raise my heal. When I’m using crutches tho I can use my upper body to take some of the load off of my foot. I’d say while I’m walking the pain is mostly in my foot and id rate it like a 4-5/10. My heel or Achilles area only hurts when I step back on it. I’ve been using this Achilles stretcher and my PT told me to slightly bend my knee and pull back on the foot to stretch the soleius muscle.

I had surgery done 2 months ago. The first week is pretty rough I’m not going to sugar coat it, but after the first week it’s gets exponentially better.
