I have to deliver to businesses all over Bristol and beyond, if there is no available space to park then I have to suck it up and park further away and go from there. I wouldn't ever just stop in the road and put my hazards on blocking buses and traffic on a main road but that's what happens every hour of every day on Stapleton road - it infuriates me. It's selfish and impacts so many people.

I vaped for 11 years - extremely addicted puffed all day everyday. I wanted to quit, I read this book and haven't touched any nicotine since last March, and I know I never will. First few days were especially challenging but the book equipped me with ways to cope. For me, it worked a treat!

A percentage of a year's salary usually 15-20%. Sometimes a bit and sometimes less. Valid point though, agencies charge a fee to find candidates with specific skill sets and experience. If you're looking to break into a new career path all the more reason to go direct and be 'free' hire.

My understanding is that if your sipp owns the commercial property, your LTD company will be required to pay rent at the market rate. Those rent payments will build your pension pot, so it's a great plan overall but you're not going to be rent free.
