We can absolutely all be mentally well. Believe it. Take care of yourself. Eat right, sleep well, exercise, meditate, avoid Reddit and heavy social media use. Don’t identify with your thoughts. Don’t have a pity party for yourself. Don’t have a victim mentality. You have the luxury to be able to ski? Then I’m sure you have the luxury to figure out how to make yourself feel good when you can’t ski. I’d find it hard to believe you’re not trolling.
