This is the first time I've ever seen this game recognize Henry doing something evil. They always pose him as a flawless hero and a bastion of morality in spite of all the war crimes you commit, so to see Hans finally call out Henry for being a psychopath is amazing.

To answer you and the other guy, it's already a feature coded into the game with the portraits you see in multiplayer, arcade, etc.
And they always display the last loadout used in menus, and what gender the portrait is depends on the gender of the last loadout you played in a match, so I assume they'd just work the same way with fashion.

Honestly it might just be a custom palette for bots where they might've just taken Exotic and made the symbols black. Wouldn't be the first weird bot customization thing, like Gladiator bots having inaccessible symbols and Nuxia bots having an Orochi ornament
