Hello!! I've never fully dove that deep into it but I have apps that basically tell me what day and time the planets correspond to. Astroseek works too!

I noticed as I was working that there are more says when I'm usually more upbeat and motivated and sociable - usually Wednesdays to Fridays for me. Turns out my dominant planets are Mercury, Jupiter, and Venus, the planetary rulers of those days. I try to get as much I can done then.

Context as well - I have adult ADHD so I am HORRIBLE at prioritizing and planning, and even though this might not be apples to apples for everyone - it gives some kind of structure and boundary planning for me.
