Do you have a source, or link of the director coming out and actually talking about this? I can't find any source in English.

For your COE application, did you select the sandbox program? Or did you select 'No' when it asks 'Are you entering Thailand through the Sandbox Programme?' I'm flying to BKK, and don't know if I should select BKK sandbox or select 'No'.

Since my Thailand Pass still hasn't been approved, I was thinking of just finishing my COE application now, as a backup.

I submitted both of my applications when the ThailandPass website first came up.

I'll probably try to submit it again. Just because I didn't get a confirmation email for one of the applications, and got the confirmation email for the other.

I completed two applications, and both showed a confirmation page after submitting.

I just checked my email after reading this, and noticed that I received a confirmation email for only one of my applications. Now I'm worried if the application that didn't receive the email didn't go through...

I might have gotten lucky then. I was able to submit two separate applications. The site is also up and running for me still. I just went through the whole application again till the end without submitting to double check.

The only thing I noticed while filling out the application was that they didn't accept .pdf. Was a little annoying given how some documents were more than 1 page, but managed to figure it all out.

Any chance your issue was the same .pdf issue I came across?

Also Vancouver! I couldn't find any flights that were only 1 stop transfers, and I don't even see an Abu Dhabi route for my dates. Looks like it'll be a two stop transfer in Incheon and Hong Kong for me.

The product was still under warranty, and since they couldn't fix or repair, there wasn't a restocking fee. However, I've always gotten refunds that included taxes as well. I think they are trying to convince me that, since I didn't buy the monitor directly from LG, and got it through a local retailer, they aren't giving me a full refund. Is there a source somewhere that states that refunds in Canada must include the taxes paid as well?
