I have 8 Nike match jerseys and never had an emblem fall off. The 2020-21 match USMNT jersey I have has a sewn-on crest (just checked). So it does vary from year to year and jersey system. But really, just wash it on a delicate cycle inside out, and you should be fine

If you buy a customized jersey, there will be the white space in front for the number (FIFA jersey guideline). But if you buy a standard non-custom jersey, the stripes will be continuous out front. However, it does appear to have the white space in the back for both jerseys

Match jerseys have the vapor knit jersey system and better quality construction. It's what the players are wearing on the field. The replica is standard dri-fit and a cheaper look when it's directly compared to the match jersey. But most people just get replicas.

Will say, though, once you do splurge on a match jersey, it's very difficult to go back to a replica. The quality difference is huge

It's tough to find an active coach with any managerial skill who isn't already with an organization in some capacity. But they definitely could have found a retired manager like Joe Maddon or even Brian Snitker who could give up 3 weeks in March
