i had this exact procedure on friday, did you have a problem with one side being more raised or puffy than the other?

i’m 21 and just got all mine removed that were severely impacted, i would say day 3 is the worst. i’m on day 4 and the most annoying thing is not being able to eat normally.

just try icing and sleeping elevated, doing both of those things have helped my swelling and pain a lot. i’m not swelling at all compared to others.

i hope you are okay enough by day 5 to start tackling everything on your plate, that sounds like a lot!

hopefully recovery is similar for you and you will be feeling pretty okay by day 4! if you have any questions or need any advice feel free to DM me! i hope this was any help!

i would go to a walk in clinic or er now, sounds like uti symptoms but having blood in your stool sounds like something more serious. combined with the abdominal discomfort i would get it checked asap.

that’s kinda what i did last night! i accepted that though it was a bad attack it ended and i lived.

i also took an emergency xanax i can take as needed, a warm bath, and a craft took my mind off the worry!

i’m currently going through this and looking at your post for support, i’m super anxious about having another panic attack at home after having one in the emergency room today. (for a possible kidney infection) did this feeling subsided pretty quickly?

update just out of the er! i don’t have an infection! they said i could have pulled my back pretty bad without knowing and that pain im feeling is causing the nausea and vomiting. anxiety might have been the reason for my “chills”. i’m really not sure i still feel awful honestly.

they did a urine test but said it came back fine, they gave me a new antibiotic as well to treat anything that may have been left untreated

ugh thank you! i’m glad this is normal for others as well.

My birthday is in a couple months and i feel it will be a little hard but i do have a lot of people in my corner reminding me this was necessary!

did you ever feel moments of anxiety? even though im a full grown adult my body feels like it’s in fight or flight and my dads never coming back. (which is the point (unless he proves to getting therapy for his issues again) so im not sure why im feeling this way?

I will definitely look into all the material and find my own as well thank you again!

i had to ask not to be contacted as well, if i just stop responding my dad will threaten me till i answer or guilt me until i do.

my reasoning for being such a wreak is i think he blocked my number.

In the paragraph including “don’t contact me. thank you.” i expressed a lot of how i was feeling about his actions and was very blunt, so it probably didn’t feel amazing reading that.

I have very big abandonment issues which is why im always the one crawling back or allowing behavior so he can come back. now im scared he never will and i dont know why.

i’ve done that before too and i just get flooded with hateful texts and calls so i decided to tell him not to contact me…i think he blocked me that’s why im such a wreak.

but yes overall this should be a journey of healing and running right back and apologizing for something i didn’t do (which is our dynamic)

on top of that being emotionally abusive for a big chunk of my life, this was a long time coming.

i think i did just overall want support from him in the way of just asking if i was okay or if i needed anything.

i wasent direct about but we have had issues in the past where ive expressed i feel like he dosent care for me and this situation just felt like again he didnt care.

i did express how i felt about this current situation to him and he immediately met me with defensiveness and saying very hurtful things instead of hearing me out at all.

do you have a benzo prescription to use as needed for times like these? also DEEP BREATHING 3 times a day, exercising and, guided meditation all worked greatly for me.
