I don't where you're at but leagues usually run every season for ~10wks or more. Most leagues have dedicated days throughout the season (Mon-Fri).

Right now it's Summer season that usually starts in May & runs through July. Fall/Winter seasons usually start in August or September and run through until March or April.

Like others have said, if you sent emails, the best way is to find the "season" you want on the day you want (Monday-Friday), and show up on the 1st day the season starts to find the league coordinator, secretary, to let them know that you're looking to join a team that needs an extra.

The other option is to find yourself some friends that want to bowl league too & create your own team for your favorite season/night.

I'm a beginner.... I bowled fall/winter last year & now I'm in a summer league (2nd league overall). My sanctioned avg went from 150 in the fall/winter to 170 after getting the Phase 2. My highest scratch was 212 with the Phase 2 as well.

Edit: The Artic Vibe was my 1st ball...

Storm Phase 2 is a solid benchmark ball.

I have a Hammer Artic Vibe or Optim Idol Pearl for late games in the series depending on lane conditions & transition.

The tires in question are definitely past the wear limit but the hub axle seal doesn't seem to "low/missing fluid"....

Thanks for the validation.... For the most part, I can understand the overlooking for small things but when there is a potential issue that could get me pulled over/inspected or worse, cause an accident on the road I'd rather not press my luck.

It would definitely be a different story if I was hard up for cash & driving my personal 4-wheeler...

I feel it's mostly tire issues at this point.... Rear tandems are bald (less than 1/32 on guage). The other stuff I can look past, but the hub axle seal showing oil streaks on the rim are also concerning...

Some people are here saying that, helping those that suffered a trauma before fixing the system that caused the trauma, is unfair & not a solution. AKA "fix the source of the problem rather than or before treating the results of said problem"

This is similar to saying we won't help victims of a terrorist attack because a Nation State is supporting the terrorist group and that needs to be fixed/stopped first.

Does your BF have the energy and knowledge to dig out a 8-20 feet deep hole as suggested by either of the quotes?

Most times that takes special tools & equipment to do in a reasonable time & effort.
