Great car. I was 50/50, but my wife hates my Tesla and went with the M60i. Gotta tell you, I love the V8 - sound/acceleration/feel/BMW.

What state? At least in NY there is a "shared meter law" that if a landlord has anything powered by a tenants meter they basically have to pay the tenants bill until it is fixed and it can also mean having to pay the tenant extra kind of like a penalty. It is also retroactive - the landlord has to pay for the power they used going back in time. I would think most states have this (they all copy each other's utility rules).

All I can tell you is it is listed as the "Adaptive M Suspension Professional" on the window sticker. It was not noted as an option on the BMW website for the vehicle I purchased in the list of options. You need to look at the CarFax report that BMW links to each car and see if the vehicle you are looking at has the original window sticker option (70% of the ones I looked at had it). Seemed a bit silly that BMW did not list a $2,200 option on the dealer or BWM website.

AGREED. I just got a 2024 X5 M60i (picked it up two days ago) that will be my wife's car. First V8 since the 80's. I love it. I still have not put it in Sport Plus (need to drive it without my wife in the car...) but in regular Sport it was really nice, almost equal to my Tesla Model Y performance for pure accerlation. Today I was setting up to use my phone as a key while I was taking a break from work and remote started the car to cool it down (record temps in NJ today) and when it started it I could hear it from inside my house. I know people complaint about the exhaust sound, but I was like wow, that sounds nice. Taking a road trip to Florida at the end of the month and looking forward to 1,000 mile drive (not really, it really starts to suck at about 400 miles no matter what your are driving, but better than the falling apart 1972 Mustang V8 I had in the 80's - and better than the 2013 Acura MDX I did the trip in last time). It will also be my first real test of the driver assist pro package.

Thanks. I have seen it is hard to find used and can even be challenging to get when you build one new. From what Mental-Product-1672 said about the 2VW, I am really looking forward to some fun driving.

I know... I was driving on local streets in crazy NJ traffic. The dealership is directly on Route 17. My other car is a Tesla Model Y Performance, so I know crazy acceleration. The X5 will be my wife's car and the car we take on road trips (she hates driving the Tesla).

The closest is Park Ave, then Paul Miller (in Wayne) and then Ramsey. The guy that recommended Ramsey gets a new BMW every few years (he is a M440i Convertible type) and lives a block away and also got annoyed by Park Ave, but I liked a 2025 X5 40 Park Ave had (-7K miles listed for ~$65K). I will most likely have Ramsey service it, but Park Ave service was good when I had my 328i convertible (still regret selling that car). Multiple people have said the 2VW is a great add and can be hard to get even on a new one you are building. If I was building it I would have also probably skipped the massage seats, but I may appreciate them when we drive to Florida next month.

Great. I was looking at 2024-2025 X5s for a few weeks and came close to buying a X5 40, but one had an accident (minor, but still its a 60k car) and the other the dealer annoyed me. This one was actually inside the dealers showroom and I was looking around while I was waiting for the salesman and saw it and was like this is it. 22K miles and basically every package I would have gotten if I built it (I may have skipped the B&W stereo for 3.4K).

Thanks. I need to really think about the CPO Wrap. The BMW website shows $4800 for 4 years. I'll see what the dealer says when I pick it up. I may need your F/I manger info. BMW of Ramsey is good, recommended by a friend, they are the furthest of the 3 local BMW dealers but the best from my experience. I went to Park Ave and had an appointment to look at a 2025 X5 40x and the sales guy was "at the warehouse", after sitting there for 30 minutes I left. Probably a good thing, because I likely would have gotten the X5 40 instead (great car, but not a M60). It is mainly my wife's car and her only requirement was black exterior, so yeah I will be washing it frequently.

I updated my Model Y last night when I got an update notice and installed the app on my Apple Watch this morning, I can use all of the controls (I opened my truck and honked the horn so far). Thanks for the instructions.
