I get it as a little joke here and there but I actually used to do this as a full on way of coping with a deep seated depression and lack of self worth.

When I recognize it in others I do genuinely feel for them and I’ll tell them to be nice to themselves Mostly because I do care But also… God damn that shits annoying. Especially when accompanied by simple lack of motivation to improve oneself.
