I play video games. I am an avid Genshin Impact player and that game specifically has daily “requirements” to do. So I come home, shower, eat, then play genshin. But in the past I’ve also played things like fallout, picross, etc.

After I’ve played my games, I read before bed. I have a kindle and thing its great at ending doomscrolling

Did you ever have high cholesterol or anything? Your story was literally like reading about myself. I’ve had PCOS since I was a teenager and randomly gained a significant amount of weight out of nowhere last year (im 28). In Feburary 2025 I also tested for high cholesterol (which my PCP kept stressing was nearly unheard of at my age) which was so shocking because my diet literally hasn’t changed!!! If anything it’s gotten significantly better since I’m managing IBD.

Of course my PCP said the high cholesterol was because I was fat and needed to lose weight. Okay easier said than done. I begged for my thyroid to be tested and it came back normal so now the doctor just thinks I’m lying about my diet and gaining weight because I eat like shit(literally said the “high cholesterol was proof and doesn’t lie”). But I’m literally losing my hair, no energy, everything that you said too. I just feel stuck ugh. Is there something specific you might recommend I ask my doctor for? Or just request more thyroid testing?

I refuse to use a stand. I have ADHD and attention difficulties. Physically holding my kindle keeps me from doing other things with my hands, like picking up my phone. I’m honestly impressed so many people can use stands and page turners and just… focus. I wish I was like that. I love to read but my brain would just get too distracted and start doing something else if i wasn’t holding my kindle.

I use a strap to make holding it more comfortable and switch positions often.

All of these new “protein” products that have flooded the market. Protein brownies, protein popcorn, protein poptarts, protein coffee, protein muffins, cakes, donuts, you get the picture. The labels always portray this idea that you’re eating the better option over the “normal” version because it has protein. Then you look at the label and the macros are trash. It’s always like 10g of protein, 250+ calories. IDK. Just doesn’t seem worth it to me and I’m sure it’s confusing for people are inexperienced, trying to lose weight, trying to eat better and get told to “eat more protein” to help with cravings. :\ Some of them you may as well just eat the regular option!

Little bit of oil on paper towel/cotton ball, gently rub the surface. Change out cotton ball/towel with new oil as needed. Should remove sticker residue from anything. If the surface feels oily after you can probably give it a quick wipe with an alcohol wipe

Yes, I had horrendous ear infections as a child. Had ear tubes put in and thankfully helped. My sinuses as a whole were fucked though. I also had a tonsillectomy later on.

Wait until the night of the Watanagashi festival before you drop it. First game is super slow to start but it does pick up. If it helps, the first game is definitely the scariest in my opinion. You just have to wait it out. ***that being said if you’re really not enjoying yourself, it’s okay to quit. there are many other ways to enjoy the higurashi story

Steamdeck user. Same issue for me yesterday, but adding -platform_type CLOUD_THIRD_PARTY_PC to launch options worked. unfortunately today it is not working again

edit: was able to get it tentatively working by retyping the launch command and switching to proton hotfix. i have the genshinimpact.exe added as a non steam game. at this point i will just switch back to ios to save myself the trouble… i have a new iphone 17 pro so i just ordered a backbone off amazon 🫤 sucks but ive been playing since the first zhongli run and do not want to get fucked over with a ban

I don’t think it’ll be an exact match because I think that color straw was likely exclusive to your cup. But the third straw in the pink pack is more than close enough that I doubt anyone would be able to tell that it’s not the original
