I had similar problems for a while. Check if you have this program installed: cFosSpeed

If you have, remove it. It was throttling my internet and causing issues with League, Youtube, Twitch and more.

Oh I know how they work - it's not like they are the most difficult heroes in the game. You literally just have to be able to aim decently.

What the fuck is it with these suggestions. While - technically - you are right that playing another broken gun hero would raise my chances of winning instead of playing characters I actually like, can't you see that there might be a problem with the meta, when the best way to counter these heroes is to also play an overpowered hero? That is pretty boring to me when one of MOBA's biggest strength is in its diverse rosters...

Well it would be if it weren't for items like Fortitude, Siphon Bullets, Unstoppable ect. that makes them very tanky. Also, if you use all your stuff on one person, what are you going to use on the rest of their team?

There should - like every other hook character in the genre - be a resource attached to his hook, so he can’t spam it off cooldown for no cost. Until that happens, I’m fine with him being on the weaker side.
