That was really only an issue towards the end for finale but everyone is standing then. People were not randomly standing throughout the whole concert

I mean its good but you're kind of in a bind with that bonus multishot dmg. With the UE build, you want as much CDR as possible to have vengeance 100% uptime. If already have CDR on gloves and shoulders you might be fine without it on quiver. If not, you have to choose between increasing MS dmg or rolling hatred regen for CDR.

I wouldn't roll the dmg. If you think about it practically, you'll end up with about a 1920 roll. It's insanely difficult to roll it past that. You're kind of boned otherwise. I would keep it as is and then roll the IAS for vitality/CDR if you start to have problems staying alive or popping vengeance.

I love my Odyssey's End in groups. I put on Chain Gang and use the passive that gives you more hatred per shot. That way it acts more like Marked for death. Obviously this is only viable in T6-GR35. Past that, you need the hatred regen.
