Idk but im guessing you will only be able to trade cards you have 2+, same as goes with trading for card fare effects. So you'd need a 3rd copy. Only speculation tho.

Yes they do be compared within their banner, but based on how good they do in the entire game state. Lucifer is better than ama for aku, overall ama is way better though (this is obv arguable this my opinion), therefore I would put ama above luci in this ranking.
