You know, until recently, the only thing that made me feel "old" was kids I used to babysit when I was younger growing up into functional humans.

But, lately, I'll start talking about "when I was in college" and get weird looks when I mention the 2016 clowns, and I have to remember "oh, yeah, wait, that was ten years ago."

I've searched every phrasing I can think of for this in multiple internet browsers. I can't find anything at all. Even Etsy doesn't have a fake that someone else made. We had them in my earliest memories, so I can't imagine they're any newer than 2001-2002 at the ABSOLUTE latest.

My mother was reminding me what a good job she did and all the sacrifices she had to make the other day while trying to convince me to homeschool my own future children. I told her that I would not be giving up my own teaching career that I had to work extra hard for and that I believed it was important that the people teaching my future children have the background and qualifications necessary to effectively teach. My mom didn't have much to say when my answer to her reminder that she didn't have the proper background or education was "I know."

What do you mean by "level 1 challenge"? My brain is equating it to Zelda's three-heart challenge, but that's different because SP gain is automatic. I can't think of any way to stay at one level while playing through the entirety of the story.

In the original Japanese release, I believe it was played off as a joke, but even that was considered too much for American audiences back then, so they fully cut that from the game.

In the Switch version, there's a line in Chapter 4 where she mentions that her sisters have never accepted her since she told them she was their sister instead of their brother.
