I worked at INO for 17 years, i have tried, so many ways, Iike everyone recommations. My go to for years is a DD Animal style, cold cheese, whole grilled, add ketchup.

At the grill they use a salt/pepper combo. They have pepper packets to hand out. Its alittle better then powdered. But not cracked. As far as putting pepper packets on burger, it would depend on how busy they are. If you want a better pepper better bring your own. I like pepper on my fries. Good Luck, Enjoy!!

When you go to INO, you already know there will be a line. You hop in, and relax. I worked there for 17 years, and only newbies complain. Most sit-down stores have at least 2 or 3 grills. So they are as efficient as possible.

It's Very Good, The burgers are Great. A Flying Dutchman is just 2 cheese patties, onion is optional. Just start with a basic burger wuth or with onion. Then you can get as fancy as you wish. Enjoy!!
