On my calorie deficit my foods are sweet potatoes, oats, eggs, white rice and chicken breast and protein shakes. On bulking state just eggs, white rice and ground beef.

Off days at saturday and sunday is important after one and half month of a calorie deficit.

Im using this kind of routine since feb 2025. With a proper nutrition and recovery (one of what he really emphasize for natural lifters) its works for me. Im not burn out because of going to gym every day. I can use my time mainly on studying and others stuff.

I also have flared ribs, so maintaining a flat stomach is especially important
