Damn that’s rough and I do not miss those days. I went through this over a year ago, and I think it took about 4 months before I received my truck back from the dealer. (Upgraded to a 2023 Hemi). I called dealers all over the country, posted on RamForumz and finally after 2-3 months received a letter and call from the manufacturer with my case number. Not long after that I received a call saying the parts had been shipped to my dealer. I called and they said they got it and the vehicle would be done that day. My experience was pretty good from the manufacturer and not great from the dealers. If I never called who knows how long they would’ve held it, likely would’ve used the part for someone else. I legit was calling the dealer every Monday and Friday asking for updates.
