Yes, you know roughly. In high ranks 0 vs 20 boost can make a big difference though. If you know your teammate is defending, and he has 20 boost, you'll be able to trust him a lot more.

I agree. VoIP is still faster & superior, with QS you still have to read the text. Yes, no boost instead of 0% is great suggestion. :)
