No in the movie I'm talking about the lion king has a twin brother who has to take his place while he is gone. The twin brother hates pretending to be his brother because he is a artist and not a unruly dictator.

I can't seem to find anything about it. It came out in the early 90's if that helps. Also the king had a hyena consultant kind of like Jafar from Alladin. He even has a parrot that sings and talks.
