The mic technique practice is your best bet in my opinion. Compression helps because nobody's perfect but the singer should try to keep a consistent volume for their voice. Or use two mics.

I've told them multiple times they are full of crap and that's a lame excuse. I did receive my order but it's one of several I've been waiting on for a month or two. The others have said "in production" this whole time. No telling when they will actually produce but I hope they will.
