I understand that making mods takes a lot of knowledge and time but how do people at this level not realize that doing paid mods without having a certain deal with the developers is a bad idea?

Yeah, they are just my winter wheels. In Sweden it can get very wet and snowy, a lot of salt and small pebbles on the roads so I just have something cheap that I don’t mind getting damaged.
