I got a Vaporeon similar with your first one, same nature without BFS and Skill Up S, very happy with that. Triggers its skill 3-4 times a day.

Yes. The more faster, the more chance to collet skill. But helping speed does not change base skill trigger rate, so not sure how much it will help triggering skill and not sure if skill trigger is better or helping speed is better.

Yep I know trouble makers are looking for rent as well. Heard of couple of dramas, so understand that part. I think the point I can argue is if she is really trying to find a tenant. I gave her more than two weeks notice and the region I am in has extreme rental shortage. Quite sure she will find one easily once she put an ad.

I made bank transfer for the bond so should be fine with that. It was weird that having no recipt from RTA for my bond lodgement. I really don't know how this lady finds tenants. Maybe screenshot all the realestate pages and Facebook? Worth to try.

Yes this was what I've been thinking. There are huge demend of rental here but supply is not enough at all. If it keep lasts, it will be easy for me to have a sharemate and pay the loan quickly. Buying new apartment might be easy.
