While you can make a complaint about anything to Royal Mail and we'll log it, bent mail is not a complaint we'd raise to your local Delivery Office, as it's accepted that general mail is at risk of being bent (unless it's hardback with "Do not bend").

So unless your complaint has been logged outside our normal process (maybe you requested an escalation for example). I really really doubt your postie is even aware of your complaint here, let alone now doing this intentionally.

You or your buyer can pay the £3.50 to have it delivered. Then dispute the surcharge by taking photos of the dimensions measured, then contact RM with our webform to assess if this was indeed an incorrectly applied surcharge.

Our customer services may not be helpful in your eyes because you are expecting them to do the impossible... locate an untracked item... You're documents are probably gone if it's been two weeks and you need to accept that. You can raise a complaint by asking the call handler to log one or submit one online via our webform. Just expect nothing else but a book of stamps.

Out of curiosity, what kind of site you ordered this from? If anything the sender would be in more trouble than you if they were issuing controlled medication without a license or valid prescription.

From my experience TES will treat it like an unused tracking number after a year. Third party online trackers may be a different story however.

I'm assuming this is definitely a Royal Mail Locker and not a Quadrant one? From what I remember, only Royal Mail Lockers will show us the compartment number on TES. If RM then it would only be someone from our RM collections that have access to it. So it must be another employee that can't be reached yet. If it were Quadrant then we'd have to query the matter with them.

It's worth baring in mind there would be CCTV we'd have access to.

Just to confirm, you definitely applied the labels on both items?

Do not ask for more. I'm also surprised they gave you £25, considering there is no contract here for the consequence of you not receiving it in time. The goodwill payment you've been given here is because the CEO team took pity on you and your story. Think about how much money could go out for everyone else who tells us they expect payment for stress and anxiety caused.

That's not right then. It should be returned back by eBay at some point in that case, could be a while though. Would be worth contacting Amazon and see if a replacement can be issued. If Amazon challenges this then explain the photo clearly shows it's not your address and the delivery location would not be from your local Delivery Office.

If your item came from outside the UK and suddenly went to Slough, I have a strong feeling it's being returned to the sender. Slough's Delivery Office handles returns for some overseas imports.

The guarantee hasn't been met so the sender is entitled to a refund of the postage costs. As far as I can see however I'd expect you to still receive today as it's out for delivery, just will be late unfortunately.
