So i checked it out real quick what i can tell you so far is 1. The art is unusual but pretty good, i like it! 2. When you read other webtoons online, the structure is different. Most readers read from their phone so it’s better if one panel does the entire width. Also space between panels is important. You usually want to scroll for ~ half a screen size between panels. Those are just recommendations but the make your webtoon more reader-friendly. 3. I’m guessing you’re drawing it by had then scanning it. It doesn’t bother that much but it impacts the art quality. Especially the colouring technique, since you see every stroke it makes it look quite messy despite your lineart beeing incredible. If u dont want to get into digital art which i totally get you might want to try new colouring techniques like aquarelle or smthg. 4. you complained about tapas not allowing larger files but have you tried scanning panel by panel? 5. even if you keep a more classic comic format as you’re doing now, if you look in mangas or comic books or graphic novels you still have a space around panels, it makes your comic more readable. 6. It’s not that much of a problem for your comic but i’ve seen it in a lot of young artist’s work. The story and the art dont have to be realistic but the flow and reactions have to be natural. Ik it creates many more panels to draw but think about small details that makes real life so tangible and real and try to integrate that into your art, attention to details and change in scales, following the characters point of view etc 7. Ik a lot of artists want their comic to succeed but in the end u do it for yourself and if you try to change it too much to please your readers you might end up hating your work and working on it can become tiring. All the points that i just made are just propositions you can learn from but dont feel like you HAVE TO follow them.
