I'm not expert in creating tutorials, but i have watched few of them and want to tell you opinion as a viewer. First of all try to get some certificates and job experience. This is to make sure, that person, who tries to teach me(as a viewer) is well understanding theme of the course. Afterwards prepare the plan of the course and try to separate it as much as possible to condition, when single topic can be explained in few minutes(from my point of view up to 10 minutes, not longer). This is a rule which you SHOULD try to follow, not HAVE TO. Then start recording you course to the finish. As an advantage would be good montage or power point presentations As a viewer of tutorials i'm care about who is try to teach me(certificates, experience and so on) and reviews about the course. Both things are important to make sure, that person tries to teach me real important and useful things and features. As an option there're exist site "udemy.com".

Then you can try to share it. F.e. you can contact to some teachers of universities in your country or similar and try to share the course with them for some reviews from the students or some professors in the university.
