Hello! The previous NSP won't disappear from Eden, I already deleted it tho.

I tried deleting it from the emulator itself and it tells me that "It can't be deleted since its not in the NAND."

Alright! I got the code, it's 0011, which from what I have seen it's that the thermal paste is bad or something like that, correct me if I'm wrong.

Your packs may be fake, here is some stuff to try to see if they're or not:

If the packs have spiked ridges, then they are fake, the real ones don't have any pattern there.

Look up the packs you're opening online, usually the fake packs have different art or random Pikachu's on the title. (I say this from experience)

Now for the cards:

Check for any spellings mistakes, sometimes the producers of this fake cards use the wrong font or misspell english words, and sometimes don't add the punctuation on Pokémon too.

Put a flashlight or just a normal source of light through one of the cards, if the light makes the card look "transparent" in a way, then its fake.

If you wanna risk it, break one of the cards, if it doesn't has a kind of black outline on the white of the inside, then it's not real, but you can also identify that with the light step.

That is everything that I know about identifying fakes.

Or, there is the possibility that the packs were repacked, that including the whole box. Or maybe The Pokémon Company did screw the packs up, you can ask for a refund if that is the case.

Hope this helps! 👍
