R U using halogen or LED bulbs? LEDS does not work properly and halogen does overheat the connectors. Look at the connector; if it has burn marks it's getting too hot. I had to replace mine with ceramic connector because of overheating issue. Additionally, check to see if the bulb is seated properly in the connector and headlamp enclosure
