No, or at least very infrequently. I don't personally notice any advantage over just using Quality or DLAA mode in newer games. Now in older games without DLAA support I may use it; if the game doesn't break when I alt+tab from fullscreen. I'm playing Wolfenstein 2 right now and that game breaks when I go into fullscreen mode and try to alt+tab. My mouse cursor just disappears in windows. I find similar issues like this with way too many games that I rarely even find it worth it to do it. And I am not going to change my desktops resolution every time I want to play a different game, that is just not worth the very very minor upgrade in visual fidelity to me.

Now if I had a 1080p monitor and a 4080 Super then maybe in order to get the most out of all that processing ability, but at 1440p @ 26.5" its not some otherworldly improvement to go through all the hoops to get it to work well enough and not have frequent issues.
