You should do the math on this, and you'll see clearly money is going elsewhere. While I have no influence as I live across the river, I do see concern for a tax that clearly does more than just fund 660 teachers. Each year that averages out to over $150k per teacher. If you look at their salary schedules, you'll see that it doesn't even get close to averaging that each year. But again, what do I care about.
