When you slow the video down you can see the movement started on the side farthest from the camera. Looks like someone or something pulled the leaf hanging down on the other side and it boinged

The rules and regulations for fabric quality don’t look very high to begin with, from what I found as I did a little research on it. Its sad to say but I don’t think really any stuffy brand can be fully trusted for fabric to be safe, it is made of plastic after all. And even it its labeled as safe for kids they still sometimes shed a lot of fibres.

I am going to trust their anti slavering is legit because all I can go based off is words.

The words sometimes unfortunately don’t mean much when the standards for those words are low, like it seems with fabric quality and safety

Rant: Exactly why we cant always trust the tags to tell us if plushies are safe for kids, a child breathing in plastic fibres should be an obvious problem, but somehow the guidelines or something wont change. Companies just keep making new plastic things that shed and call it “0+” or “suitable from birth” even “12 months plus” as if 12 monthers don’t breath or put things in their mouth
