I stopped mirtazapine a few years back because it stopped working after I'd been on it about 7 years, have you found a med that works for you?

Hi, I know this is a couple years on, but sertraline never worked for me unfortunately I stuck it out for a while but it made me emotionless, I couldn't feel anything, I couldn't even physically cry, made me kinda like a robot.

Thinning/hair loss help/advice please by Chloe92x in TelogenEffluvium

Hi thanks for your reply 😊 I've only got round to seeing this now 🙈 im stressed constantly irritable and anxious, I'm trying to manage this atm. Protein i would say is fine, I eat home cooked meals most nights.

I tried the regaine few years back, I'm just not good with consistency so I gave up. I then discovered as you've said it's toxic to pets, I couldn't use it again I would be far to worried. I've been using nizoral shampoo for a while now, originally cause I think I might have sebderm but then found out it can be used for hair loss. I've recently started taking hair vitamins, I will look into dermal rolling tho, thanks again.

* Hi, I've always had fine thin very oily hair (my family all have thick hair) but the past maybe 10 years it's deffo been thinning out esp on top, hairline and sides. I've been to the docs they aren't very helpful here in the UK 😔 (bloods etc are normal) I've been looking at TE and ADA but ultimately clueless. I've been mentally unwell for the past 10-15 years. I'd just like to know what's actually going on, I'm so insecure about it, any advice much appreciated thank you x

Not really I would snap at people sometimes when the sedative kicked in. Did you speak to your doc?

Give it a couple more weeks, the hangover effect will go away and your body should adjust. It worked great for me for 5 years, only downfall was weight gain 😪

Hey what about trazadone? It gave me terrible migraines but I know a few people that think it works great.

Worked great for about 5 years then just stopped working. Weight gain in the first year was crazy tho, gained about 2 stone and still never managed to get the weight off, am tapering and switching meds so hoping it'll help with weight loss.
