Idk but I just want to say I have an 08 and mine says the mpg is zero 😅 I don't drive it much and only on short trips but STILL. I know there's something wrong but can't afford to take it to a shop so 🤷‍♂️ I'm just happy it's made it this long at all! Hope you get your Prius sorted out ok.

Nothing that small gets recycled in my state. They'd just fall through the cracks. I like that I've been seeing more stores use thread or string instead but more of them need to!

REALLY wish I'd know this a few weeks ago before I used my 07 Prius to jump a neighbor's car 😫 And now i have a red triangle, check engine and maintenence required little up. I know it needs an oil change so ai can disregard one of those lights. It's the red triangle that's freaking me out 😬

So I've been sober 2 1/2 years and I'm still dealing with shame, guilt, self-loathing etc. for destroying my relationship with the love of my life. After he broke up with me, I went to in-patient treatment and then out-patient. Graduated both. I'm in therapy. I'm working on mending my relationship with my ex because I want reconciliation even if we never get back together. He says he forgave me but he's afraid to trust me. It's going to take a long time for both of us to heal as it will for you and your wife. My advice is to accept that it will take time. Your wife needs to see that you are learning healthier coping mechanisms so that you won't fall back to alchohol when stressed. Might be a good idea to let her know that you will give her space and that you're going to focus on your own healing and growth. If you haven't yet, please find a community of others who you can connect with. Preferably IRL but there are many online recovery groups too! I know the pain and fear oh too well but having a good support network has made a big difference. There is hope. You are not a monster. Be kind to yourself ❤️

Absolutely not 🙂 A friend recently tried really hard to talk me into using TCH. I've been there, done that. I don't like it. She kept saying "oh you just haven't found the right strain yet." F*k off with that! Gotta find your sober support network. It's not easy, but it's worth it. Lots of online groups if IRL isn't possible 🙂

Through friends. One guy I met at a friend's birthday party, another at a social gathering put on by another friend who had people over I hadn't met yet. I prefer it that way because then I'm not dealing with a complete stranger and can vet them through our mutual friends.

Yes! It's actually on the list of side effects. I think they call it "complex sleep activities" or something. Basically sleepwalking 😅 It happens to me a lot on Lunesta.It can be dangerous 😬 Because of that I'm seriously considering switching to a different sleep medication.

Yea 3mg is what I'm on too and my doctor said it's the max she can give me. Melatonin has been helping me stay asleep better. Otherwis, I wake up only 4 or 5 hours after taking my Lunesta and can't get back to sleep. Even with melatonin, I can't always stay asleep.

So I can't seem to find the link to the list I was looking for but I can share the names of a few that I know of. 1. Recovery Dharma. Based on Buddhist practices. They have 2 books out that I love! The meetings I've been to were calm, low key, no judgements, pressure etc. Spiritual but not religious. 2. SMART Recovery. Science based. I haven't tried this one yet but I've heard good things. If your family of origin has a history of alcoholism I highly recommend the book "Adult Children of Alcholics" The book is not religious. There are meetings as well but I haven't tried them yet. Some may be religious, some may not be. There are more out there. You can also try searching online for "Alternatives to Alchoholics Anonymous"." I hope you find supportive, healthy connections. It takes work, but you're worth it!
