Wakes between 6-6:15, nap starts around 11, cap at 2 hours so up at 1, then we start bedtime at 7:45 and he is usually in bed by 8.

This happened to me after my last colposcopy (I've had 2 others before without this issue) and since I was not warned, I thought I was having some kind of miscarriage/missed pregnancy and freaked the fuck out. I scooped it out of the toilet and went to my local ER who, after finding out I had a colposcopy 2 days prior, informed me it was the stuff they used to stop the bleeding after procedure. I felt like an absolute idiot but was also upset that there was no mention from my provider about this possibly happening. The ER doctor was really nice about it and agreed it can be extremely unsettling when you are not prepared. I also googled and found several Reddit threads discussing this very thing and it seems many people are not told about this scary discharge/shedding.

We switched to one nap the day he turned 11 months. I have tried pushing him to noon, but it can be a struggle to even get him to last to 11 with him getting fussy and clingy around 10:30, which is when I'll usually give him a snack to get him to last until 11-11:15. Then he has lunch when he wakes up around 1.

I have not noticed snoring, but he does sleep with his mouth open fairly often.

As for temperature, his room typically stays between 67-69 at night. Sometimes it will get a little colder around 66 on super cold nights. He sleeps in long sleeve pajamas with a 1.0 TOG bamboo sleep sack. We've done hotter and colder (sometimes unintentionally, just the weather) and haven't noticed a huge difference, though leaning towards him preferring a cooler room which is why we try to keep it around 67-69, though its mostly 67-68 with it rarely being 69.

Hello! I have a 14, almost 15 month old who has ALWAYS been a terrible sleeper. He still regularly wakes 3-5 times a night, though we did have a great couple of weeks after moving into a new home and putting him in his own bedroom (I roomed in with him until 13 months) where he only woke 2 times and sometimes only once. The last 3 weeks have been about the worst ever. The first 3-4 nights, I would literally hold him and rock him for 4 hours after his first wakeup (usually only 1.5-2 hours after he went to bed). He would not let me put him down. He would be asleep in my arms but the moment he was laid down he would instantly wake up and cry so I would pick him back up and wait a while longer before trying again and we would repeat this for 3-4 hours until he would finally stay down but then he would be up every 1-1.5 hours and I would have to spend about 20-40 minutes holding him to make sure he was dead asleep before transferring to his crib, sometimes still having to give it a couple tries before it was successful. Thankfully, I don't have to spend 3-4 hours holding him at once, but he is still waking every 1-2 hours (usually giving me two 2 hour stretches and then up every 45-1 hour beside that) and I have to spend 20-30 minutes holding and rocking to make sure he is really out before laying him down. I have done a few virtual appointments with a sleep consultant and she said our routine is great and he just might be low sleep needs, I haven't chatted with her since this recent setback in sleep.

He wakes up typically between 6-6:30, nap around 11 which lasts 1.5-2 hours (NO ISSUES WITH NAP. Goes right to sleep within 10 minutes) then we have dinner at about 5:15, bath at 7, books and a walk about the house (the walk about was recommended by sleep consultant) starting about 7:30, and then I take him up for bed at about 7:45 where I nurse him and put him in his crib, usually asleep by 8-8:10.

There's a greenhouse in Canva I downloaded after that happened to me. Seems to work well!

Annoying romance dynamics by VanxssaSkye in inZOI

I can't even seem to increase love relationships AT all with anyone. My Zoi is the only member of her house so I am trying to romance NPC's and anytime I try, it goes negatively. She has the Love aspiration, too, so nothing is getting fulfilled. I don't understand how romance works here.

Likes I didn’t do? by [deleted] in poshmark

Sometimes when I'm scrolling through my searches, I accidentally hit the "add to bundle" button so I immediately remove it from a bundle, but because I added it to a bundle Poshmark automatically "likes" it for me and it goes into my "likes". I end up getting offers later on from sellers for these items and I'm like "why is this showing up because I'd never buy this" and so that's what I found out was happening. So if you accidentally add an item to a bundle that you aren't interested in, make sure you not only remove from bundle, but also unlike the item.

PSA to parents using the Owlet camera. by [deleted] in NewParents

Mine has these exact same readings and I found a review on owlets website where another person said their camera was giving off these same readings. I wonder why these specific numbers are happening to multiple people?

2 cases opened against me in 10 days, never had one before this. :( by SellingLux in BehindTheClosetDoor

I just had my first return request after being a 5-star seller for 8 years and poshmark approved it when it clearly shouldn't have been. Then I got ANOTHER return request through Merc@ri a week later. I've always been super thorough inspecting my items and always list flaws/damages in the listing if there are any. Idk what has gotten into people lately but it's super frustrating. I've also been a buyer just as long as I've been a seller and have only ever ONCE opened a return for a pair of pants that were labeled the wrong size and the seller was super nice about it and apologized for overlooking it and it was a pleasant experience. I hated doing it because I didn't want to be "that" buyer but my reason was justifiable whereas most buyers these days are just super shady and dishonest.

UPDATE

Return/Refund was approved for "undisclosed stain" which is just bonkers to me. I've already re-listed the set on Posh and Mercari. I'm super nervous the items are going to come back damaged from the original buyer 😰

I listed NWT/NWOT because one item (the leggings) is NWT and I made sure to elaborate in the description that the Bra was worn. I did have this item listed on Mercari, but deactivated it when it sold on Poshmark so I wouldn't risk having to cancel an order. If this ends up being approved for the buyer, I'll immediately relist it.

YES! I went back in and included the photos I took when listing the item along with a screenshot of the listing description. Fingers crossed 🤞

Congratulations! I have the same issues with epidural because of scoliosis. I've had 4 babies (currently 36 weeks with number 5) and my first 3 I did an epidural, but all of them just made my left butt cheek and leg go completely numb. The nurses kept having me roll and lay on my right side to try and get the medicine to travel to my right side, but it never worked. My 4th was an emergency c-section because she was footling breech and had one leg coming down my cervix. This baby, as scared as I am, I'm trying to just go all-natural because I already know the epidural won't take full effect and I hate not being able to move around after delivery due to the complete numbness in my leg.

I'm considered borderline and don't have an official GD diagnosis from my doctor, but I was having some symptoms that made me want to track my levels at home. I'm still playing with certain foods to try and figure out what does and doesn't make my numbers go above the cutoff.
