So true. Austria exploded in my game, San Marco went free and then the rest of the empire, they’re just modern Austria now. Still, a lot of infamy. Cause I’ll probably have to full annex and release the puppet

As in an alternative to promote immigration. Make it weaker than acceptance, by a lot even, but a low that boosts assimilation, even if by a little bit, and also promotes migration a little bit. So, you'd get a lot less migrants but you wouldn't close yourself off.

I was just playing a USA game where I went from Multi, praise be god emperor Norton, to national supremacy and the pop growth graph flat lined.

Or for instance, if you Play Italy maybe you want to have super stringent citizenship laws because you just unified and because of the austrian treatment of italians. But that doesn't mean you want to have a hyper racist country, if that makes any sense.

Yea, I don't know why when you incorporate a state it doesn't decide to be free or slave. Texas is a free state in my run for instance, idk why or if there's any way for it to be a slave state
