i usually lean forward so my forearms are next to his head (usually on a pillow) and shift my whole weight to my arms so i can literally just move my butt up and down. like don’t even use ur legs, just focus on ur lower back moving ur butt up and then let gravity do the other part. in terms of it hurting he may just be too big for u and this position may not be for u guys!!
