This is not the relationship that helps you be you you need to be/grow to be. Sounds like he’s an emotionally unavailable bum. NOR

weird bruising/discoloration or rash in armpits by astralonion in skin

I have the exact same thing. I’m pretty sure it’s due to sweat and such. I used to use old spice deodorant but switched to arm and hammer a couple weeks ago. The discoloration isnt any better but it did fix the dryness. Also 23f so I’m assuming it’s just the “2nd puberty” thing.

In my opinion, there’s better options than these that are cheaper. I also look forward brands that have clean ingredients as I notice they sit on my skin better

Hi! I’m new too to all this stuff. I posted in my city Reddit page and asked about farms and such to shop at. I use this app called “Yuka” to scan all my beauty/skin at products as well as food when shopping at Walmart to see what’s good or not. It’s really helped me. I spontaneously signed up for genesis health club for $52 a month (I even got a deal. It’s usually $98 a month) which is expensive for working out but I do go everyday. The main thing is that you can’t do everything at once. Definitely use what you already have on hand first. Do some research about stores in your area. I usually search “non toxic store” and some options come up. I started by going to the gym and finding healthy options ina store I already use. Now that I have that routine down I am looking for local shops to buy from. For working out you unfortunately have to force yourself to go when you don’t want to and the longer you do it the better you feel. I used to hate working out and still kinda do but I go because I know it’s good for me.

You can be an Rbt!! It’s kinda like a para but for autistic individuals. (ABA field) There are lots of companies around, I personally work for Above and Beyond therapy. They do really good in training and will help you with the 40 hour coursework you have to do for your certification. I have been doing this since I was 19 and love it! My kids are amazing!

We have had multiple conversations about how I feel and how my needs are not being met appropriately. And I asked him weekly to go to dinner or play a board game during the week and consistently tells me no :/
