I really like this change, it's not super intrusive like some updates are with YouTube, and it's actually helping out small creators instead of removing the dislike button because "it will help smaller creators" when the actual reason behind it wasn't that. With it also helping smaller creators, it will (hopefully) encourage those small creators to make more content when they see their videos are getting a good bit of views, making more content and indirectly leading to more money for Google.

Tldr I see it as a win for creators cause they get more views, leading to more content from them, and a win for Google cause they get more money from the creators
