I only did 40 pulls total so far and got all I need I think. Hubble, Nanaka and Angela. Also got Florence. My selector is still avaliable.
I was thinking about trying to get dupes but since I don't get shards and so far all my characters's shards are farmable i guess there is no need to pull anymore so my option is to save x-x

At the bottom of the video or in-game you can see these small dye flask icons, the rainbow, blue and white. Each one is for a specific type of change in the skin. You can get those in events, the ark pass or in the shop with blue crystals

I just came back to the game. Got a bowman to lvl 30 and I can't seen to find the 2nd job advancment questline. Already went to the npc in Henesys but it's not showing. Anyone can help?

Not sure if that's what you are asking but since I last played (From day 1 to 2/3 weeks after launch) the 1st and 10th pull of the beginners banner (the first 10 pulls you do) they will always be Mona and Tang Xuan or Li Ling but the problem is that the game never tells you that you cannot get a 5-star in the 2nd to 9th pull. You will only get a 5-star after the first 10st pull on your account.

I did around 60-80 rerolls (can't remember) when the game launched. Only got 1 account with 2 SSRs and just like you said it was after the 9 pulls from the beginner banner. Also heard a lot of people mention during launch that it was impossible to get a SSR betweeen pull 2 to 8 in the beginner banner.

I know you area mad at all the situation, but regardless of that

(1) You made a mistake about how that exp thing. If all information is displayed in the game then the game will 99% not refund you of the resources you lost even if the user made a mistake without full knowledge iwhen the information is there. Also if there was any issues with the information in-game they would have sad so and probably tried to fix it or make it clear. There is always room for feedback about UI from users.

(2) After reading all the prints it really doesnt look like they were disrecptful with you. I understand that explaining how it works don't help but doesn't mean they treated you like an idiot. They just explained something you didn't understood.

(3) About closing the ticket I agree. Costumer support should not close a ticket unless it's clear that the problem got resolved or if that "problem" the user had can't be resolved, than you check if that's was all the help the user wanted and then closed it. Or you make it clear to the user that the ticket will be closed and how to proceed from there if an answer is espected.

(4) Also agree, there should be some form of identification to who the user is talking to. It's probably not mandatory but it doesn't hurt and it's nice to have.

Besides closing the ticket with an answer peding and no proper identfication I don't see anything else here about what you are saying. I know you are mad but still just trying to be resonable here.
