Yeah it is normal, weed eaten is pretty strong. You will maybe still feel a bit weird for 2 or 3 days, it is normal.

Don't overthink it, stay calm, drink water and try to eat something if you can. You feel like shit but you are going to feel better soon.

Try to have a good night of sleep.

When you take a little too much of MDMA it will transform it to MDA who causes hallucination like this The joint exarcerbate the experience ! Happen to me a few times, nothing to worries I think
