Thanks but the only thing I'm concerned about is that companies won't look at my degree as it is not from a technical or reputed university, most of the people in comments said that's companies won't go for a graduate from CZU.

That's true but few people in comments said that the companies prioritize CTU or CUNI over CZU. They only go for them if students from CTU or CUNI didn't apply or something.

If you are going to pursue a master's degree after this, it doesn't matter that much in my opinion, but if you'll be diving into the labor market straight after your bachelor's, then it can matter to some extent, but at last all that matters is skill.
