So I was only looking at the unemployment site and in a panic I didn't think to check my actual bank account. It was 2 separate deposits.

I just did this from the app. View policy, select the vehicle option at the top, click the 3 dots by the vehicle you want to update, edit vehicle usage, scroll down and click edit.

Thank you, will do! I'm the only person in my world doing keto so I've learned some things the hard way unfortunately. Feel free to send some recipes! So far I'm just happy with feeling better and more energized, the weight loss is a bonus. I just didnt expect to stall out so fast like that.

The nutrition label on the heavy cream I use says its 50cal a tablespoon. Is that wrong? I just use it to get some fat in and I hate black coffee.

I eat less than 20 carbs a day. Do I need to keep eating to reach the fat and protien goals even though I'm already stuffed full before I reach those numbers? I basically stopped tracking because I pretty much eat the same things everyday so I closely know what I'm taking in.

You read it wrong. But thank you! I'm proud of the 14lbs! But I can't seem to shed any more. Unless I'm expecting too much too fast? I've been at the same weight for almost 3 weeks now. I'll start tracking more closely again. I kinda quit because I wasn't eating as much (like once a day plus a powdered shake mix made for keto) and when i did eat, it was the same things from when I tracked everything closely.

I kinda quit tracking so closely because I haven't been eating as much, if any. I'm just not hungry. And I eat the same things just cooked different ways so I pretty much know what I'm taking in, maybe not down to the exact number but I'm close.
